Change Today ... Change Tomorrow
Bhumi was founded on August 15, 2006 by a group of friends, who believed that every underprivileged child deserves quality education. Since then, Bhumi has transformed this conviction into a volunteering opportunity for India’s youth, launching a snowball effect of nurturing talent on the path to an educated, poverty-free India.
To help build a more influential, equal and socially conscious society.
To drive social change by fostering an environment where young adults and children learn, lead, and thrive
Bhumi believes that the culture of our organisation is built over the years, because of the deep rooted value system that we believe in. These values are what we aspire to translate in all our stakeholders and our work.
High accountability to our responsibilities and to inner conscience. Rooted in the values of proactive, demonstrating continuous improvement and volunteerism.
Coming together of people and organisations for a shared purpose leading to the greater good. We strongly believe together we can do more for a better society.
Rooted in growth and biased to action. It means caring about our people, our cause, and the quality of our work. It is an evolved version of the values nurture and empathy.
