Eco Champs Climate Action Camp curated by Bhumi’s Eco-Champs program, is one of the first Climate Change awareness camps in the country for young leaders.
This 6-week Program comprises a carefully crafted combination of sessions, reflective journaling, community Projects, and interaction with guest expert speakers from around the globe. Scheduled to start this April 2021.
Our Climate is Changing, why aren’t we?
According to The World Meteorological Organization (WMO) the 20 warmest years on record have been in the past 22 years. The worst impacts of climate change could be irreversible by 2030.
From global temperature rise, unprecedented hurricanes, rising sea levels and polar bears losing their habitat to the fruit on your plate blooming earlier than its season, Climate change is visibly and invisibly touching all our lives and calling for help.
Our children aren’t equipped with the right knowledge or skill to fight this alarming present and future.
Time is running out.

Selection Quiz
Once shortlisted you will be assigned a Selection Quiz. This will allow you to demonstrate your problem solving and initiative-taking skills.
Interview
Further shortlisted students will be invited for interaction to understand their ideas and vision towards the program.

Eco Champs Climate Action Camp is completely virtual and hence students from any part of the globe can sign up for it.
The sessions will be taken by trained Bhumi facilitators.
6 sessions over 6 weekends comprising of 4 modules (over 4 sessions) and 1 Impact Project (over 2 sessions)
Students will be informed about any pre work and session material to be brought well in advance
Yes, certificates will be provided upon 75% completion of the program
