When Chennai Got Talent competition contacted one of our homes for a special performance by special children, we really didn’t have a lot of time in hand!
However, as the training kicked off, we were absolutely stunned to see how the children were able to quickly learn and respond. We learnt only two words in their sign language – slow and fast – and that was enough for the children to grasp whatever we were teaching them. They were so fast in learning the moves that it reached a point where we had to be on top of our game in order to train them efficiently. This motivated us further!
On D-day, the children gave their best on-stage. More than anything else, we could see them enjoy every minute of their special performance.
We received a lot of appreciation, applause, and a standing ovation from the judges and the crowd. It was indeed a proud moment for my team and me!
