Chennai Flood Relief

The century’s worst flooding has hit Chennai and the government machinery is unable to help everyone. Bhumi along with a consortium of organisations is working for immediate relief efforts complementing the government. Bhumi volunteers have been helping transport few tonnes of relief materials and hundreds of food packets for relief since the tragedy has struck. Bhumi volunteers are also helping communities, at relief camps, in rescues, at collection centres, follow our work on the Chennai floods microsite
