The person will strategise, monitor internships nationally while managing interns locally and  will work with people including coordinators, volunteers and other Bhumians.

Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Strategise and execute HR aspects related to intern recruitment and management across India
  • Plan and execute, general, social media campaigns for intern recruitment with the assistance of the PR team
  • Coordinate with all stake holders to manage the lifecycle of all interns in the organisation
  • Proactively suggest to all stake holders, roles and responsibilities where Interns can be utilized for enhancing the productivity of their team
  • Build long term relationships with colleges for regular inflow of interns and volunteers
  • Recruit, manage tutors; facilitate their training; Monitor, report their progress

Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:

  • Work experience – essential
  • Any graduation – essential
  • Prior experience in managing teams – Desirable

 Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have excellent coordination skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – English, Hindi and/or Tamil
  • Basic computer skills – Word, Excel, Powerpoint – essential
  • Proactive, Self-Monitored, Resourceful, Accountable
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Having a two wheeler – desirable

  • Reporting to: Chief Operating Officer
  • Expected Age: Below 35
  • Scope: Willing to work flexible hours
  • Remuneration – Rs.22,000 – Rs.27,000 p.m
  • Expected Joining Date: Immediate
