You can begin your volunteering journey with Bhumi after attending an orientation in your city/chapter. Orientations are organised periodically and once you register on our website, we will notify you about the same. You can choose to attend open events in your city, emails for these will reach your inbox as & when they happen.

Orientations are organised only when there is a need for more volunteers in a particular city/chapter. This allows every volunteer to be engaged meaningfully towards our cause.

Yes & No. For Bhumi’s education projects volunteers have to be below the age of 30.

For the other projects there is no such requirement.

Bhumi classes at our learning centres are held at most places on Saturdays and Sundays only. At the orientation, you will be assigned to your preferred day/batch and learning centre.

Bhumi Classes are held at Shelter Home & community centres. You can choose a project you like at the orientation and we will assign a centre that is most convenient/closest to you.

Yes, on your request, a certificate of appreciation will be provided based on the quality and period of your volunteering.

FAQs for Donations:

Most of the times, the amount debited is automatically reversed by the payment gateway. However, if you have received a payment successful message from the payment gateway, please , please Contact us > [email protected], we’ll provide necessary support
Your contribution will be processed between 7th-10th of the subsequent month of the date of registration.
Currently all the monthly contributions are processed between 7th-10th of every month. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns.
